A Deputy Director with a Passion for Design and Martial Arts
Lloyd is the Deputy Director of Legacy Handmade Furniture, a company that specializes in handcrafted furniture, interior design and home decor. He was born in 1981 in Johannesburg, South Africa, and he has a strong background in design and manufacturing.
Lloyd's father was a carton-die maker, and Lloyd followed in his footsteps by studying technical drawing at school. He then furthered his studies in mechanical drawing and obtained his N6 certification.
After completing his studies, Lloyd started as an apprentice in carton-die making. He spent 12 years designing and manufacturing dies and packaging products. He also gained experience in sales and became a partner of Execu-Die and Dies Packaging.
In addition to his design and manufacturing experience, Lloyd also has a strong history of martial arts. He achieved his national Muay Thai colors as a fighter, assistant coach, and head coach to the South African national team. He has also instructed and trained in boxing, karate, kickboxing, MMA, and Muay Thai.
Lloyd is a valuable member of the Legacy team, and he is passionate about using his skills and experience to create innovative and sustainable products. He is also passionate about learning about new cultures and techniques, and he is always looking for ways to improve his design capabilities.
