Los Fuegos Restaurant

27/08/2020

Los Fuegos offers a unique setting in the hear of West lake, Ha Noi for all types for dinner and also private events. We are garden restaurant with great nature and wood fire Argentinian steak-house. There's no more quintessential Argentine tradition than the Asado - a very specific way of grilling meat. Combining social connections with culinary craftsmanship, grill meat is far more than just a simple barbecue. It's a custom dating back to a time when wild cattle roamed the plains of La Pama, in central Argentina. Back then, gauchos lived entirely off the land, eating the tender meat of this wild cattle, which they slow-roasted over an open flame.

Los Fuegos is an Argentinian steak and grill restaurant located in the heart of Tay Ho, Hanoi. With a reputation for excellent cuisine and a warm and inviting atmosphere, Los Fuegos is a popular destination for both locals and tourists alike. When the CEO and chef of Los Fuegos approached us to design the interior of the extension of their restaurant, we were excited to take on the challenge. Having already worked on the design of other restaurants, including the famous The Moose and Roo at the American Club, we had a deep understanding of the unique needs and requirements of restaurants, such as the need to create a space that is both stylish and comfortable, and that can accommodate different group sizes and dining needs. Our goal for the design of the Los Fuegos extension was to create a space that was both stylish and comfortable, and that would reflect the restaurant's Argentinian heritage, enhance the dining experience and make guests feel at home. We began by assessing the existing space and identifying its strengths and weaknesses. The back room, which had become worn down over time, was a key area of focus. We wanted to transform this space into a focal point of the restaurant, while still respecting the style of the outdoor place. To achieve this, we used a combination of warm colors, natural materials, and traditional Argentinian design elements. We also incorporated a number of features to make the space more comfortable and inviting, such as soft seating, dim lighting, and a variety of plants and greenery, including cacti and succulents. To create a more intimate and inviting atmosphere, we used soft lighting and divided the space into smaller areas with partitions. We also added a variety of seating options, including booths, tables, and chairs, including dining chairs, armchairs, and lounge chairs. The result is a space that is both stylish and functional, and that provides a perfect setting for enjoying a delicious meal with friends and family. The back room has been transformed into a focal point of the restaurant, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. We are proud of the work we have done on the Los Fuegos extension, and we are confident that it will be a popular spot for both locals and tourists alike. We are grateful to the Los Fuegos team for their trust and collaboration, and we look forward to seeing how their business continues to grow in the years to come.
